To validate your appointment with Pam, enter the time and date you agreed to under  "Time & Date Requested" and enter the location you agreed to under "Location Requested."  See below. 

Once you have entered your selections, simply click on "PayPal Click Here To Buy"* and pay for your session. You then will be provided with a special form to tell us some basic information about yourself (name, address, etc) and your child.
